About Tom Daves
Tom Daves epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Tom grew up in the Sacramento area and started his sales habit at the age of ten, selling a San Francisco newspaper to Sacramento neighborhoods. He has continued rising early and has since built a successful career in real estate for over 35 years in the Sacramento area. He has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks, in both the residential and commercial market.
Tom is a family man with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife, and three children. An athlete by nature, in the winter he is an extreme snow skier taking his challenges from Heli skiing treks in Canada to the Palisades at Sugar Bowl. Cycling is a year round passion. In the winter after a fresh rain you will probably find him on his mountain bike on the Clementine Loop in Auburn. Summer belongs to road rides like Iowa Hill, French Meadows, Folsom Lake loop, or riding around Lake Tahoe. He continually challenges himself on one of the west’s premier cycling events “The Death Ride” from Markleeville he rides a grueling 129 miles, ascending over 16,000 feet!
Tom has been trained and inspired in sales by some of the best from Dale Carnegie, Tom Hopkins, Jim Rohn and others. He flies the country to build strong relationships with banks and lending institutions so he can offer the greater Sacramento area the best bank owned homes in the region. Tom uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. He and his team work with the banks to inspect and maintain properties, initiate communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close. He leads, trains, and motivates his team to communicate with you better than none. Five words you can count on from Tom Daves love, integrity, commitment, passion, and fun.
